Wickedly Welsh Wickedly White Chocolate Strawberries

The most romantic time of the year just got sweeter with these Wickedly Welsh chocolate-covered strawberries! All you need is a bar or two of our Wickedly White chocolate, your favourite variety of strawberries and an additional dash of colour. 

These chocolate-covered strawberries make the perfect addition to your Valentine’s gifts or as a fun snack for all the family!

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 bars of Wickedly White Chocolate

  • 1 punnet of strawberries

  • Red food colouring or beetroot powder 

Method:

  • Melt the chocolate: break the Wickedly White Chocolate bars into small pieces and melt over a bain-marie. Stir occasionally until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.

  • Add your colour: for pink chocolate add your colouring (food colouring or beetroot powder) little by little until you get your desired shade of pink. 

  • Cover those strawb's: you can either fully dip your strawberries into the chocolate for full coverage or using a teaspoon, drizzle the chocolate over the strawberries for a more abstract look.
